The Immortal Bayer Leverkusen ends Bundesliga season Unbeaten

Bayer Leverkusen became the first side in Bundesliga history to complete an undefeated season as they beat Augsburg on the final day. Xabi Alonso's side took all time European record unbeaten streak to a remarkable 51 matches across all competitions after their win on Saturday.

Victor Boniface opened the scoring after twelve minutes of the kickoff. Robert Andrich made it two in the 27th minute for the German champions from a rebound finding the back of the net with a brilliant back-heel finish. The visitors scored in the sixty second minute with the game ending, a win for the Alonxo's side 2-1 vs Augsburg.

Bayern Leverkusen joined Juventus and Arsenal as the only football teams in European top five league to end the season unbeaten.
