Prime Suspect Arrested in Kware Dumpsite Murders

The prime suspect behind the horrifying murders of individuals found in the Kware dumpsite in Mukuru kwa Njenga, Embakasi South Constituency, has been arrested. The suspect apprehended in a house in Kware, was discovered in possession of multiple SIM cards. Authorities believe he is responsible for the gruesome killings, where victims' bodies were wrapped in polythene bags and discarded at the dump site.


The suspect has been taken to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters in Kiambu, where he awaits further police action.

Confirming the gravity of the situation, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja stated on Sunday, “Eight bodies and twelve body parts have been retrieved from the dumpsite as further probe on the horrific incident continues.” The grim discovery has sent shockwaves through the community, sparking a rigorous investigation into the circumstances surrounding these brutal murders.


As the investigation unfolds, families of missing loved ones have been arriving at the Nairobi Funeral Home, formerly City Mortuary, in hopes of identifying their kin among the retrieved bodies. The emotional toll on these families is immense, as they seek closure in the wake of this tragedy.
