The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA), in partnership with the National Police Service, has shut down eight unlicensed parcel and courier service providers in Eastleigh, Nairobi. The move aims to curb illegal courier operations and protect consumers.

During the operation, officers seized parcels, receipts, and consignment books as evidence. Several suspects were arrested and taken to California Police Station. They will be arraigned at the Makadara Law Courts.
Among the companies shut down are:
Al-Safa Parcel Services
Falcon Fastforward
Turkana Parcel Services
Ramadhan Parcel
The CA urged courier businesses to obtain proper licensing before offering services. It also advised customers to use only licensed operators to ensure safe, secure, and reliable deliveries.
This crackdown is part of CA’s wider effort to regulate courier services and safeguard consumers from fraud and parcel loss.
