With Manchester City looking forward to have historic fourth EPL title in a raw, Arsenal lie in wait hoping for a last-gasp slip from the leaders on Sunday. Manchester City is going to the final day with two points clear off second placed Arsenal.

Arsenal hosts Everton with hopes to be crowned champions for the first time since they won the title in the 2003-04 season. Arsenal was costed when they lost to Aston Villa in the 2-0 defeat last month. Pep's side would win the title for a successive four seasons with a win later today when they host West Ham at Etihard.

Artets's side, who finished second last year, must beat Everton and hope City fail to win if they are to end their 20-year wait for the title.
